The Kenya Rural Roads Authority hereby invites sealed bids from KeRRA – Marsabit  Region Interested Pre-Qualified  Roadworks  Contractors  For  Financial year 2019- 2021 and AGPO Eligible Firms/Groups, for maintenance of roadworks in Marsabit  Region in the Financial Year 2020/2021  for the under listed roadworks projects.

The Tender Documents can be bought at the Marsabit Regional Headquaters,Regional Accounts Office with Bankers Deposit Slips Payable to KCB Bank Account Name KeRRA A.I.A A/C No. 11143433196 and documents collected at the Regional Procurement Office, each bid is Kshs.1,000.00 (One Thousand Shillings Only) which is non-refundable. The documents can also be downloaded for free from  KeRRA website www.kerra.go.ke.

QUALIFICATION FOR TENDERING

Bidders MUST meet the following requirements alongside other requirements contained in tender documents.

1. Certificate of Incorporation/Business Registration Certificate &place of business.
2. copy of Registration with NCA (Categories 8 and above)
3. Contractors Annual Practicing License.
4. copy of a Valid Tax Compliance Certificate.
5. Certified copy of a VAT and PIN Certificate
6. Certified copy of recent CR12 (Valid for the last 12 Months)

g.Subsequent to presidential directive issued on the COVID-19 Pandemic there shall be no pre-tender site

Visit, bidders are advised to make their own personal arrangements to familiarize themselves with the

1. Equipment holding or lease agreement supported by relevant documentation.

2. Audited accounts for the last two years.
3. Certified copy of Current trading license.
4. Proof of having a bank account.
5. Duly filled Confidential Business Questionnaire.
6. Duly filled form of tender.
7. Duly filled Bill of quantities.

10. Signed, Stamped and Notarized Power of Attorney.
