TENDER NOTICE ADDENDUM NO. 2
PERIODIC MAINTENANCE, SPOT IMPROVEMENT AND CONSTRUCTION OF ROADS AND DRAINAGE STRUCTURES
The Kenya Rural Roads Authority (KeRRA) is a State Corporation established under the Kenya Roads Act, 2007, with the responsibility for management, development, rehabilitation and maintenance of rural roads. Reference is made to the Tender Notice and Addendum No. 1 that appeared in the local dailies on 7th June, 2021 and Authority’s Website on 8th June,2019. The Authority would like to make the following clarifications:- 1. That the Tender documents for the Tenders below have been revised and can be downloaded from the KeRRA website: www.kerra.go.ke
2. The submission dates and time for tenders remain the same i.e 22nd June, 2021 at 11.00 am. 3. All BIDS to be returned to the respective REGIONAL OFFICES as indicated in the long advert appearing on the KeRRA Website: www.kerra.go.ke.Clarification is made on clause 3.5 of the Instruction To Tenderers (ITT) that a bidder can participate in several tenders. However, a bidder shall not participate in the same Tender individually and also as a joint venture(JV). 4. In order to manage the spread of COVID-19, the Authority will not conduct Pre-Tender Site visits. However, bidders are encouraged to visit the project sites for more insight on the project roads before bidding.
