Kenya Rural Roads Authority Nyandarua Region has received funds from the Kenya Roads Board for maintenance of various roads in Nyandarua Region for the Financial Year 2019 – 2020 and invites sealed tenders for the Roads listed below:-

Bidders MUST meet the following requirements alongside other requirements contained in tender documents:-
- Have Valid Tax Compliance Certificate.
- Be Prequalified under Category ‘C’ in Respective Constituencies for open category
- Attach certified valid special group certificate copy for Tender Nos. KeRRA/011/NYA 10%BY MIN139-140&142 /2019-20.
- Attach certified copy Current Single Business Permit
- Attach copy of valid National Construction Authority Certificate accompanied with a valid practicing license
- All pages of Bids Submitted (tender document) must be Serialized Sequentially
- Attach a bid security amounting to kshs 200,000.00 valid for 150days for open tenders and fill tender securing declaration form for reserved group tenders.
Tender documents with detailed requirements may be purchased from the office of the Deputy Director, Nyandarua Regional Offices situated at Nyahururu town upon payment of a Non – refundable fee of Kshs. 1,000 per set in form of Bankers Cheques payable to Kenya Rural Roads Authority during normal working days (Monday – Friday) and hours (8:00am – 5:00pm). ).Documents can also be downloaded free from kerra website: www.kerra.go.ke
Complete tender documents in Sealed Plain Envelopes marked with Tender Reference (NYA/10%BY MIN..../….) number and Description, without indication of Bidder’s identity, should be sent to the address below or deposited in Tender Box located within the Kenya Rural Roads Authority Nyandarua Region Offices.
