Addendum 1: Change of Document & BoQ Description (October, 2020)

1. Reference is made to the Tender Notice 2nd October, 2020 inviting eligible bidders to apply for Road works contracts for Financial Year 2019-2020.

2. Pursuant to the Clause 75 of Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act, 2015, the following tenders have been amended following requests and clarifications from bidders.

3. Qualification for Tendering (all other requirements remain as indicated in the Tender Document)

4. Interested eligible candidates may obtain further information and inspect tender documents from Procurement Office, Kenya Rural Roads Authority which is located at KeRRA – Voi offices during normal working hours.

5. Updated tender document is found at our website kerra.go.ke. A complete set of tender documents may be obtained upon payment of a non – refundable fee of KShs. 1,000 (One thousand shillings only) deposited into:

6. Completed bid documents should be submitted to:-

7. The Tenders opening dates remains on October, 21st 2020 11.00 a.m. in the presence of Tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend the opening at Regional Office. Late or incomplete Tenders shall not be accepted and returned unopened.

8. Kenya Rural Roads Authority reserves the right to accept or reject without giving reason thereof and does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender. Any canvassing or giving false information will lead to automatic disqualification.
