KeRRA, Machakos region invites bids from eligible construction firms, Pre –qualified in Machakos Region in respective constituencies and categories for 22 % RMFL Savings road works for F/Y 2019/2020 as outlined below.

QUALIFICATION FOR BIDDING FOR CATEGORY UNDER ALL

The requirements for bidding are as follows:

1. Prequalified under Specified Category (s) and Constituency
2. Certified Copy of Certificate of Incorporation.
3. Copy of valid NCA registration certificate and practicing license
4. Certified Copy of PIN & VAT registration.
5. Certified Copies of National ID or Passport
6. Similar previous experience for Roadworks
7. Professional and Technical personnel for the persons to be engaged in undertaking the works
8. Copy of Tenderer’s Banking details (Proof of Bank A/C)
9. Properly filled Anti – corruption pledge form
10. Litigation history (Current Sworn Affidavit for last 3 months).
11. Certified copy of current/valid CR12
12. Properly serialized document (All Pages) (Machine serialized)
13. Audited accounts for last 3years.
14.   Equipment holding, if owned then attach proof of ownership or valid

            lease agreement for hired equipment or agreement from mechanical

      and transport department within the last 1 year.

14. Fully filled and supported Bid Documents with specific thresholds referenced in the qualification criteria
15. Form of tender and Bill of quantities should be stamped and endorsed
16. Alterations must be endorsed with company stamp

Qualifications for those bidding for the Youth, Women and the Disabled Reserved Contracts;

They need not to be prequalified in the constituency but must provide the following;

1. Certified copy of Registration Certificate with National Treasury under the category of Youth, Women or PWD
2. Certified Certificate of Incorporation or Registration
3. Certified Copy of PIN & VAT registration.
4. Valid Tax Compliance or Tax Exemption Certificate
5. Certified (VERY CLEAR ) Copies of National ID or Passport
6. Certified copy of current CR12
7. Copy of valid NCA certificate and practicing license
8. Copy of Tenderer’s bank details (Proof of Bank A/C).
9. Litigation history (Current Sworn Affidavit for last 1 year )
10. Properly serialized document (All Pages) (Machine serialized)
11. Properly filled Anti – corruption pledge form
12. Fully filled Bid Document (Completeness of Bid Document)
13. Equipment holding, if owned then attach proof of ownership or valid lease agreement for hired equipment or agreement from mechanical and transport fund department within the last 1 year
14. Fully filled and supported Bid Documents with specific thresholds referenced in the qualification criteria
15. Form of tender and Bill of quantities should be stamped and endorsed
