SUPPLY, INSTALLATION, CONFIGURATION, CUSTOMIZATION, TESTING, COMMISSIONING AND MAINTENANCE OF AN ERP SOLUTION (FINANCE, PROCUREMENT AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT MODULES)
Kenya Rural Roads Authority invites eligible bidders to submit tenders for the Supply, Installation, Configuration, Customization, Testing, Commissioning and Maintenance of an ERP Solution (Finance, Procurement and Project Management Modules).
Interested Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the tender documents from the Procurement Office, Blue shield towers 5th Floor, Hospital Road, Nairobi during normal office working hours (08:00 to 17:00 hours Mondays to Fridays). Bidders may also view and download the bidding document free of charge from the Authorities website: www.kerra.go.ke and /or www.tenders.go.ke.
Completed tender documents duly serialized and enclosed in separate plain sealed envelope and clearly marked with the ‘ Tender Number and Tender Name’ should be deposited in the Tender Box located on the 6th floor Blue Shield Towers, Upper Hill or be addressed and sent to the address below:

So as to be received on or before 8th March, 2019 at 11.00 A.M. Late bids will be rejected. Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter at the 6th Floor Boardroom Blue Shield Towers, Hospital Road, Upper Hill in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend.
